Baby Girl Letters - Subscription

Hey Baby Girl, once a month (on the 11th), I'm sending you a real letter to your real mailbox with real words from a real person (me). My intention is for this to be a whole moment, one you look forward to every month. A chance for you to check in with yourself and be present, to reflect and connect in a way that a lot of us aren't really making time for. 

Inside your envelope:

• Journaling questions/prompts for you to sit with BEFORE you open your Baby Girl letter. A chance to get clear and meet yourself honestly, and then...
• A letter from me that goes with the prompts you just answered. It could be filled with comfort, clarity, direction, accountability, softness, truth... Every month will be something different. A practice that will hopefully turn into a monthly ritual for you. 
• A little something (a sticker, a trinket, a little note to stick on your mirror...) to anchor you to that month's message. 
• A small Baby Girl card for you to keep or pay it forward. You can gift it to someone you know or leave it somewhere for someone to find (i.e. the bathroom mirror, a book in the library, etc). 
• I will read every Baby Girl letter to you on a private podcast that only you will have access to. I might riff a little, go deeper, or who knows... maybe I'll write a poem every month and read it to you. 
• A monthly virtual group session to unpack each month's message, to connect with one another, to feel seen and loved and supported. All included in $11/mo.
